Executive Director Essrea shares the incredible news that the fundraising campaign launched in July has been very well received and we are well on our way to achieving the fundraising goal and mentions that Abuna Chacour met with US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee.
For the Keep the Children Safe campaign over $110,000 has been raised of the $145,000 needed to build a retaining wall that will overlook the MEEI Elementary School play yard as the current cliff is deteriorating to the point of endangering children as they play with falling rocks.
